Jason Elrod is the Co-Founder of Recruit Pathways, bringing decades of entrepreneurial experience and leadership to the mission of helping student-athletes connect with college programs. His focus on innovation, integrity, and opportunity drives the company’s vision to make the recruiting process simpler and more effective for athletes and coaches alike.

My name is Jason Elrod, and I am the Co-Founder of Recruit Pathways. As a lifelong entrepreneur and business leader, I’ve dedicated my career to building organizations that create meaningful opportunities for people.

When I entered the world of college athletics and recruiting, I quickly realized how overwhelming and complex the process can be for student-athletes and their families. That realization inspired me to help create Recruit Pathways—a platform designed to simplify the recruiting journey and connect talented athletes with college programs that align with their goals, values, and potential.

At Recruit Pathways, I apply the same core principles that have guided my business ventures for more than two decades: integrity, innovation, and service. With over 20 years of experience in grassroots and AAU basketball, I’ve helped countless players earn athletic scholarships and pursue their dreams at the next level.

Today, my focus is on helping our team build a system that not only empowers athletes but also supports college coaches in discovering the right players for their programs. Our mission is simple—to make the recruiting experience more transparent, personalized, and rewarding for everyone involved.
