Recruit Pathways Terms of Service

Review the service-specific terms below for Recruit Pathways offerings. Purchasing or participating in any service indicates acceptance of the applicable agreement.

Player Evaluation Service Terms of Service

  1. Services Provided

    Recruit Pathways agrees to provide a written 9-point player evaluation analyzing the player's basketball skills, athletic ability, and overall performance. Based on this evaluation, Recruit Pathways will assess the level of college basketball (for example: NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, or Junior College) at which the player currently projects to perform. Following delivery of the written evaluation, the client will receive a 30-minute video call to review and discuss the results in detail.

  2. Completion Timeline

    Once the client has provided all required player information and video materials, Recruit Pathways will complete and deliver the written evaluation within ten (10) business days.

  3. Payment and Refund Policy

    All fees for the evaluation service are non-refundable once payment is received. Payment must be made in full before the evaluation process begins.

  4. No Guarantees or Promises

    Recruit Pathways does not guarantee any athletic scholarships, recruitment opportunities, team placement, or college offers as a result of this evaluation. The projection of a player's potential level is based on our professional judgment and should be considered an advisory opinion, not a guarantee of future outcomes.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, including video footage and player details necessary for evaluation. Failure to do so may delay the evaluation or affect the accuracy of the assessment.

  6. Scheduling and Communication

    Recruit Pathways will schedule the 30-minute review call within a reasonable time after the written evaluation is completed. If the client misses or fails to attend a scheduled meeting without notice, rescheduling may require an additional fee.

  7. Intellectual Property

    All written evaluations and related materials prepared by Recruit Pathways remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may use the evaluation for personal and recruiting purposes but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute it for commercial use without written consent.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    Recruit Pathways shall not be liable for any decisions, outcomes, or opportunities that arise (or fail to arise) from the evaluation. The service is offered as an informational tool to support the player's development and recruitment process.

  9. Acceptance of Terms

    By submitting payment and engaging with Recruit Pathways for the evaluation service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

College Coaches Film Room Terms of Service / Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Recruit Pathways College Coaches Film Room service provided by Recruit Pathways (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or participating in this service, the participant (“Player,” “Client,” or “Participant”) and/or their parent or legal guardian agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Service Description

    The College Coaches Film Room is a paid evaluation service designed to provide athletes with a professional basketball film breakdown from the perspective of a former college player or coach.

    For a fee of $250 per game, the service includes:

    • Evaluation of one (1) full game film submitted by the player (not highlight film)
    • A live one-on-one film breakdown session conducted virtually
    • Written recruiting notes and feedback
    • A development plan outlining improvement priorities tied to recruiting outcomes

    The evaluation focuses on areas including but not limited to:

    • Decision-making
    • Spacing and basketball IQ
    • Pace, motor, and effort level
    • Shot selection
    • Defensive positioning and impact
    • Toughness and competitiveness
    • Role projection at the collegiate level

    The purpose of this service is to provide educational feedback and development insights from a college basketball perspective.

  2. Eligibility

    This service is intended for:

    • High school, prep school, junior college, or international basketball players
    • Athletes interested in playing college basketball
    • Families seeking professional feedback regarding player development and recruiting

    Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian purchase and agree to this Agreement on their behalf.

  3. How the Service Works

    To receive the College Coaches Film Room evaluation, participants must complete the following steps:

    1. Purchase the service through the Recruit Pathways platform.
    2. Upload one (1) full game film through the designated submission method.
    3. Submit contact information as requested.
    4. Schedule a one-on-one film session using the provided Calendly scheduling link.
    5. Attend the scheduled session and receive the live breakdown and written evaluation notes.

    Failure to complete these steps may delay the evaluation.

  4. Film Submission Requirements

    Participants must submit:

    • One (1) full game film
    • Video must be clear, viewable, and accessible
    • Player must be identifiable in the video

    Recruit Pathways is not responsible for poor-quality footage, incomplete games, or videos where the player cannot be clearly identified.

    If the submitted video does not meet these requirements, the Company may request a replacement video before conducting the evaluation.

  5. No Recruiting Guarantee

    Participation in the College Coaches Film Room does not guarantee:

    • College recruitment
    • Scholarship opportunities
    • Contact from college coaches
    • Placement with a college program

    The evaluation is for educational and developmental purposes only. Recruiting outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond this service.

  6. Payment and Refund Policy

  7. Scheduling & Attendance

    Recruit Pathways will schedule the 1 on 1 film review session within a reasonable time after film is submitted. If the client misses or fails to attend a scheduled meeting without notice, rescheduling may require an additional fee.

  8. Professional Opinion Disclaimer

    The evaluation and feedback provided through the College Coaches Film Room represent the professional opinions and observations of the evaluator based on the submitted film.

    These opinions:

    • Are subjective in nature
    • Reflect the evaluator's personal coaching and recruiting experience
    • May differ from opinions of other coaches or programs

    Participants acknowledge that basketball evaluation is inherently subjective.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    Recruit Pathways, its employees, contractors, evaluators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this service.

    By using this service, participants agree that:

    • The Company is not responsible for recruiting outcomes
    • The Company is not responsible for player performance results
    • The Company is not responsible for decisions made by college coaches or programs

  10. Intellectual Property

    All written evaluations, notes, and materials provided through the College Coaches Film Room are the intellectual property of Recruit Pathways.

    Participants may use the materials for personal development purposes only.

    Materials may not be:

    • Sold
    • Reproduced commercially
    • Distributed publicly without written consent

  11. Code of Conduct

    Participants and families agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all communications and sessions.

    Recruit Pathways reserves the right to terminate the session without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.

  12. Agreement Acceptance

    By purchasing or participating in the Recruit Pathways College Coaches Film Room, the participant and/or their parent or guardian acknowledges that they have:

    • Understood the terms
    • Agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service
